Free quotes and estimates are provided based on information you supply and our on-site evaluation. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be subject to change if project scope, site conditions, or materials change. A deposit or signed contract may be required to schedule work.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or contract. We accept various payment methods. Invoices are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur fees as permitted by law.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with a 3-Year Workmanship Warranty as detailed in your contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, extreme weather beyond normal expectations, or lack of maintenance. Specific warranty details are provided with your project agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, ensuring safe and clear access to the work area, and protecting or removing personal belongings as advised. We will take reasonable care but are not liable for items left in the work area.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six Star Builders' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Six Star Builders or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Kent County, Michigan.
